Privacy Policy
| Persons who wish to place listings are required to register their names,
mailing addresses and e-mail addresses with CycleVine. We do not support spammers, junk e-mail, or junk snail-mailers by selling e-mail lists, mailing addresses or any other user information.
CycleVine believes that user information is exempt from disclosure under the Public Records Law. Therefore, we will not disclose user information to any person or outside organization unless required to do so by order of a governing authority.
Some users may treat their own user information as confidential. For example, they may choose to use an alias when they post a listing to CycleVine or they may not permit their e-mail address to be freely available to the public. The user information for such users shall be considered confidential (hereinafter referred to as "confidential user information").
Confidential user information should reasonably be considered confidential, will be submitted to CycleVine in confidence, and is not otherwise required by law to be submitted. The CycleVine site administrator obliges itself in good faith not to disclose confidential user information.
Despite this Privacy Policy, it is possible that CycleVine may accidentally release user information or that a court may order CycleVine to release user information.
By using this site, you agree (a) that you will not bring any suit, claim, or cause of action against CycleVine and its employees for any damages resulting from any release of user information and (b) to absolve CycleVine and its employees of any liability resulting from the release of user information, regardless of the manner in which user information was released and the consequences of the release.
