Just send an email to membership@cyclevine.com with your name, company name, phone number and what type of materials it is that you will be listing (examples: “selling motorcycles” or “selling ATV parts and accessories”). After we receive your email an account representative will contact you within one business day to finalize the account.

Renewals

When you reach the end of your membership year, all of your items will become invalid. To renew and make certain that all your items remain visible, you can renew your membership with your credit card through your account login . You can choose to renew your account and stay at your current level or renew to be able to add more or less items at one time.

Our no-muss-no-fuss ad editing feature is one of the aspects that we take pride in. Editing your ad is really very simple. But if you need to edit your ad now and don’t want to figure it out, here’s how editing your ad is done.

1. Log into your account by clicking the “Login” link located at the top of the page then use your CycleVine login ID and password to login.
   
2. Click on the icon, “My Listings,” button located on the left side of the page.
   
3. In the items listing, click on the black “Edit Ad” icon that corresponds with the item that needs editing.
   
4. You are now able to edit your ad as needed.
5. As you can see from the picture below, you can manage the photos that are associated with the ad (add, remove or replace photos), view the ad as it sits, go back to your list of ads (MyAds) or change the category your item is listed in.
   In the above example, you can see that the item in question is in the “Windshields” category. If you really meant this to be in a different category, simply click the “Change Category” link. You will be presented with a pull down menu that allows you to choose a new category.

   

   Once the new category is selected, click the OK button and you’re done.

6. If you need to change another aspect of your item listing, such as the title or description, simply select that text field and type in the text as you would like it.

When you have made all the required changes, click the Save Changes button and the update is complete.
